What to write to us about
Payments and credits — a charge you do not recognise, a refund, or credits that did not
arrive. Include the payment id from Credits → history.
Your data — a copy of what we hold, a correction, or full account deletion. You can also
delete your account yourself from Settings inside the app.
A reading that looks wrong — send the chart name and what you expected; every reading is
calculated, so we can check the working.
Anything else — feedback, a bug, or an idea. We read all of it.
