1. What JanamJyot is

JanamJyot is a Vedic-astrology app that generates your Janam Kundli, dashas, panchang and compatibility, and offers AI-based astrology guidance. It is provided for personal interest, spiritual reflection and entertainment.

2. Not professional advice

Astrology insights and AI answers are for guidance and entertainment only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Always use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional for important decisions. You are solely responsible for the choices you make.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.
• Provide accurate information so your charts are calculated correctly.
• You must be old enough to use the app under the laws of your country.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app — including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, overload the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. AI-generated content

Responses from the AI astrologer are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or inconsistent. Treat them as suggestions for reflection, not facts or predictions.

6. Availability & changes

We may update, change or discontinue features at any time. Free-plan limits may apply and can change. We aim to keep the app running smoothly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. No warranty & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app or its content.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
